Lights, Camera, Action!
That’s right; we have brushed the dust off of the old webcam and microphone to make a short Youtube video about Risk Management. Exciting times, I know. Now don’t get me wrong, we are not expecting an Oscar anytime soon, but hopefully the “Short Guide to Risk Management” will help you understand just a few of the basics in the Risk Management Field.
The video focuses on introducing the subject at a very basic level, outlining what Risk Management is and the benefits of Risk Management. The second part of the video looks at the individual stages of Risk Management and a brief overview of how to conduct each stage.
